Problem with unpaid balance

Hello, I made a purchase in Brawl Stars mainly to see what the final price would be after taxes. The payment did not go through, but I still received the purchased content. Now my Apple account shows an unpaid balance and I’m unable to download apps.

Would it be possible to cancel this transaction instead of charging me for it? I didn’t intend to keep the purchase; I only wanted to see the final price including taxes. Thank you.
