Dear Apple Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding an issue with Apple Pay on my iPhone.

I am unable to add any bank card to Apple Wallet. I have tried adding different cards, but every attempt is declined and I cannot complete the card setup.

The issue appears to be related to the Wallet/Apple Pay security or tokenization system. I would like to know if there is any security restriction, device risk flag, or Apple Pay eligibility issue associated with my device that is preventing cards from being added.

Could you please perform a manual review of my device and Apple Pay status and check whether there is any restriction that can be removed or reset?

I have already tried the usual troubleshooting steps, but the problem is still present.

I would really appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Si vous avez déjà effectué les manipulations habituelles, je vous conseille de vérifier que votre iPhone est bien à jour vers la dernière version, iOS 26.6.1 dans Réglages > Général > Mise à jour logicielle, puis d’aller dans Réglages > Général > Informations afin de vérifier si une mise à jour des réglages de l’opérateur est proposée.
