Apple Permanently Locked My Account Without Explanation — I Still Have Access to My Trusted Devices
Hello,
My Apple Account was recently permanently disabled/locked, and I honestly do not understand why.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I still have access to two devices that were already signed in and associated with this Apple Account. I can access these devices and authenticate myself, so I should be able to demonstrate that I am the legitimate owner of the account.
Even my Apple Watch, which was already linked to this Apple Account, is now asking me to sign in again. However, because the account has been permanently locked, I cannot complete the sign-in process. This is affecting devices that were already associated with and trusted by my account.
Shortly before this happened, I also changed my account region from Algeria to France. The reason was simply that Apple does not offer a local currency/payment option for Algeria that would allow me to use an Apple Gift Card in my situation. I therefore changed the region because I had purchased a €100 Apple Gift Card and wanted to use it with my account.
The €100 gift card was then added to my account. Shortly afterwards, my account was disabled, and I can no longer properly use Apple services or make purchases.
I have already contacted Apple Support several times. Unfortunately, the advisors I spoke with were unable to resolve the issue, and they could not even clearly explain why my account was permanently closed.
I was simply told that the closure was permanent and that I needed to contact Apple Support by phone. However, I am contacting Apple from Algeria, and getting proper assistance by phone has been extremely difficult. The support interactions I have had so far have not provided me with any real solution.
This is extremely frustrating because I still have access to my trusted devices, including my Apple Watch, I can authenticate myself, I am the owner of the account, and there is also a €100 gift card associated with the account, yet I am completely locked out without being given a clear explanation.
I would really like to know whether there is any way to have my case manually reviewed by Apple, especially by verifying the trusted devices already associated with my account.
I am willing to provide proof of purchase for the €100 gift card, identification documents, and any other information necessary to verify that I am the legitimate owner of the account.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation, or knows how I can request a proper review of this decision?
Thank you.
