Apple Watch Ultra 2 repeatedly restarts – IOMFB Under Voltage (UVP) kernel panic

Hi,

I have an Apple Watch Ultra 2 that repeatedly restarts by itself. The Apple logo appears and the watch reboots.

The problem sometimes occurs when I lower my wrist and the display turns off, but it can also happen with Always On enabled and even while the watch is charging.

I initially had the issue on watchOS 27.0. I then installed watchOS 27.2 beta to see if it would resolve the problem, but the restarts are still happening.

I checked the Analytics Data and found multiple panic-full reports.

They repeatedly show:

IOMFB ERROR: Under Voltage(UVP) EVENT detected

and:

AppleMobileDispM11-DCP

I have the same panic signature in multiple reports from watchOS 27.0, and I have now received the same error again on watchOS 27.2 beta.

Has anyone experienced this specific IOMFB Under Voltage (UVP) kernel panic on an Apple Watch Ultra 2?

Could this indicate a hardware issue with the display/power system, or is it potentially a watchOS bug?

I can provide the panic logs if needed.

Thanks!

Apple Watch Ultra 2, watchOS 27
