Refound request to be cancelled

Hello Apple Support,

I submitted a refund request on October 16, 2026, for a Tanki Online purchase (Tankoins Pack 6). The request is still pending, and the estimated decision date is October 18, 2026.

I would like to withdraw my pending refund request and keep the original purchase. I do not want the refund to be processed.

Could you please let me know whether you can cancel my pending refund request before a decision is made, or direct me to the correct department?
