Feedback Regarding Service at Apple Store – The Mall at Millenia, Orlando

On August 6th, 2025, around 2:00 PM, my family and I were assisted by Jessica and purchased a MacBook. Her service was outstanding — so much so that, although we found the same product at a lower price at Best Buy, we chose to buy from Apple because of her professionalism and attention. She even secured a discount from the store manager, but the price was still higher than Best Buy’s. We purchased it anyway, thanks to her excellent assistance.

Later that same evening, we returned to the store intending to buy another MacBook and a phone. Unfortunately, Jessica was not there, and we were surprised to receive poor service from both the sales associates and the manager. We were moved from one table to another, and after waiting over 20 minutes without proper assistance, we decided to leave without making a purchase.

On the following day, August 7th, we returned again, hoping to see Jessica, but she was off. Once again, we experienced poor service. The difference compared to our first visit was shocking, and it did not feel like the “Apple experience” we had always known.

I left frustrated and went to Best Buy instead, where I bought another MacBook for a significantly lower price and received much better service. This inconsistency in customer experience is concerning, as it represents a significant loss for Apple in both sales and brand reputation.

I still wanted to purchase the phone I had planned for, but after these negative experiences, I no longer felt comfortable returning to the store.

I hope my feedback helps improve service consistency so that every customer, regardless of the day or the staff member assisting them, can enjoy the high standards that Apple is known for worldwide.
