Apple cobertura

I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max that was covered by insurance, but because I changed phones and transferred all my data to the new iPhone, the coverage was removed from the phone. After I reactivated it, it says I have 45 days to renew the coverage. On my new iPhone, I'm entitled to include another device, but I can't add my 16 Pro Max. I would like some help. I pay $30 for coverage for three devices, but I can't add this one.
