Reinstall app that is no longer available at App Store

Hi,

I've been using an app called ColorBlast for a few years. I've purchased this app (back in the days that you would buy the app with a one-time payment) and, do to storage problems, this app was removed from my phone and when I try to reinstall it it says it's no longer available at App Store, how can I access it and restore it?
