Email address stuck in an Apple Account: "This Apple Account is not valid or not supported"

Hi everyone,

My computer was recently compromised by hackers. I have already restored my PC’s security and recovered all my personal accounts, but I am dealing with a very specific issue involving my primary email address (myemail@hotmail.com).

The attackers used my MAIN email address to create an Apple Account (I had never created an Apple Account with this email before). To be clear, the account is not locked or disabled; Apple’s system simply does not recognize it as a valid, standard account.

Here is my current situation:

• When I try to log in or reset the password using my email address, Apple displays the error message: "This Apple Account is not valid or not supported."
• When I try to create a new account using this same email address, the system gives me the exact same error message: "This Apple Account is not valid or not supported."
• Despite this invalid status, I am still actively receiving notification emails from Apple at this Hotmail address informing me about password changes and sign-in attempts made by the attackers.

This is my primary email address containing my full name, which I’ve owned since childhood, so getting this resolved is extremely important to me.

It seems my email address is stuck in a weird intermediate/invalid state, or was changed to a secondary alias within Apple’s system.

Has anyone dealt with this before? How can I resolve this deadlock to either release my email address or regain access to this account?
