Apple Account still shows a refunded purchase as “Amount Owed”

Hello. I need help with a billing problem on my Apple Account.

A Udemy purchase for USD 9.99 from July 3, 2026 was refunded. The refund is confirmed as “Refunded” on reportaproblem.apple.com.

However, my Apple Account still shows the same purchase as “Amount Owed / Total due USD 9.99”, and I cannot download or update apps.

Please check the transaction and remove the billing block from my account. I can provide screenshots showing both the successful refund and the outstanding amount.
