550 Too many MIME parts error in Mail app

Hy everyone!

I'm getting too many "550 Too many MIME parts error" just when I send emails via mail app and bigger than 10MB. When I send via webmail works seamlessly. I've already contacted the host support but they don't found nothing related to this issue.

Someone has already been through this?
