unknown early morning data usage

There are some large data amounts showing on my history in the early hours of the morning when my phone is not in use and is home so should be connected to Wi-Fi.

Examples:

Sat, 28 May - 02:22am - 147.86MB

Sun, 29 May - 03:27am - 172.12MB

Mon, 30 May - 04:35am - 268.38MB

Tue, 31 May - 05:20am - 188.56MB

Fri, 3 Jun - 06:21am - 599.88MB

Tue, 7 Jun - 02:14am - 102.05MB

I have checked my phone and it is not reporting the same kind of usage.

Is there any other way to find out what applications used this data??

The phone is an Apple iPhone 11

No. Unfortunately, this is not an option as of the date of this reply.

Per chance, do you have your iPhone configured to automatically download and install app updates. If so, temporarily disable that feature and see if this makes any difference in the cellular data usage. Alternately, you can temporarily disable "Cellular Data" for this same reason.

Lastly, is your phone configured to use iCloud for backups?
