Apple Arcade shows that Disney Dreamlight Valley app is compatible but the app shows it's not

I downloaded Disney Dreamlight Valley for Apple Arcade and it doesn't work. It says that it is compatible with my device, but I get an error saying it's not compatible. I sent a message to Gameloft and received this reply "Thank you for reaching out.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Please kindly note that Disney Dreamlight Valley Arcade Edition is not supported on iPhone X, iPhone XR, iPhone SE (2020), Apple iPad mini (2019), Apple iPad Air (2019), Apple iPad 10.2 (2020), Apple iPad 10.2 (2021), Apple TV 4k 1st Gen, Apple TV 4k 2nd Gen, Apple TV HD, Apple TV 1st Gen, Apple TV 2nd Gen, Apple TV 3rd Gen, or Intel-based Mac devices."

I have an Apple TV 2nd gen Model A2169 and it claims it's not compatible. Why does the Apple Arcade show that the app is compatible when the developer says it's not?

My son and I were also outraged that the game was available for download on Apple Arcade but didn't work. Remove it from your subscription and don't mislead your users.

I managed to send a review on Arcade regarding this problem. I had been suffering with my health and when I heard this Disney game would be released on Arcade I finally had something to be excited about.

Imagine how many Apple Arcade subscriptions were taken out prior to the release of this game simply because of this Disney game but unfortunately owned a 9th generation
