Crowdfire kündigen
Guten Abend
Ich kann mein am iPad abgeschlossenes Crowdfire Abo nicht kündigen. Es wird kein „Abo beenden“ angeboten, wie es bei allen anderen am iPad abgeschlossen Abos angeboten wird. Mein mehrmaliger Schriftverkehr mit Crowdfire Support hat nichts gebracht. Sie verweisen auf Apple, da ich das Abo am iPad gebucht habe.

I haven’t received any answer to my last email. I have subscribed on my Apple device but I’m not able to cancel the subscription under Apple subscriptions area. Hereby I cancel my subscription and ask you kindly to confirm!

So sorry about the lag in the response. We’ve been receiving a lot more emails after the recent Twitter changes and are taking much longer than expected to reply to each of them. Hope you understand.

Yes, I see you're currently on a Plus subscription that ends on 24th November 2019.
When you make purchases via iOS, you'd have to cancel there as we have no control here.
If you've already gone ahead and cancelled this subscription it won't auto-renew at our end of the billing cycle and your subscription will switch to free.
I'm unable to view the status of cancellation on my end. I'd suggest you contact Apple support and ask them to confirm the cancellation too.

I can't cancel the subscription via iOS. There is no cancel subscription possibility in my Apple ID. The subscription is displayed but there are only offered new plans to subscribe. Screenshots attached!
I can't cancel it via your website. I logged on and selected my plan. I scrolled down and touched the cancel link. That only led to the information that I will receive an email with more information how to cancel the subscription due to the fact that I should have subscribed via iOS.
That's really annoying!!! I attach screenshots from my different tries to cancel my subscription. From my point of view it's a case for my lawyer if I am forced to stay in this status. It's not fair! I have already lost a lot of time with my unsuccessful tries and with writing to your support and following recommendations which don't help. It's time for a solution now!
Another unfriendly point is that as soon as I login on your website on my iPad I am automatically forwarded to your download app area. Only if one uses the feature call desktop website one is able to see the wanted page. Only doing this I was able to click my subscription plan, which nevertheless led to the disappointing situation described above!!! The first attached screenshot shows the page which appears after the login. The others show the subscription plans of my Apple ID and the missing cancel subscription feature and the cancel subscription link on your website and the Info text with the result of getting other senseless Crowdfire emails.
