I downloaded the iOS 13 Beta and with it I had to install Apple's Profile. I've tested it and deleted the Profile today. I went back to iOS 12. Now, in the iOS-Setting there is still the Profile Menu appearing and disappearing whereas there is no Profil, it's just empty. Is it a bug? It's really strange.

As a registered Beta tester, you have the option to report such things directly to the Apple Beta Software team..
Yes, but I have the feeling thats it's a general bug and has nothing to do with the Beta test.
