Message notification does not show up on Apple Watch

Hi all, I have an Apple watch Series 2. I stop receiving sms notification few weeks ago after the new watchOS update and it's really frustrating. I do still receive notifications from apps like WhatsApp and Telegram and every other apps EXCEPT Apple's native Message.

I have tried:

to unpair and re-pair watch and iphone
turn off and on all notifications for messages on settings

Can someone tell me what could have gone wrong?
