macOs Catalina: iBooks ist not opening files
Hello!
Since the macOS Catalina update, iBooks is not working properly anymore. Somehow, the files (also files added after the update) work on the iPhone and the iPad, but not on the Mac. This concerns books purchased from Apple and elsewhere as well audio books and PDF files.
Every time I try to open a file, the following message pops up on the display: "Der Vorgang konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. (BKAgentServiceErrorDomain-Fehler 8.)". Apparently this has something to do with the location of the files in the library directory.
From what I read on the web, there are other users experiencing the same problem - and the same happened when Apple brought out macOS High Sierra. Can anyone help?
