Siri adds multiple contact fields with same content

Via mail program, Siri often asks if contacts should be updated with newly found contact information. If one agrees to that regarding a single contact for more than one time (as the notification is shown every time that contact sends an e-mail), Siri adds multiple fields with the exact same content:

This doesn't help and now leads to a lot of work organizing the contacts once again.

And by the way: Siri is initially disabled on my MacBook – so my preferred behaviour would be that I don't see anything regarding Siri at all, as I decided against using it/her.

What can I do to stop Siri from asking me if I want to update the contact info?

Who can give this issue to the developers, so that the bug can be fixed?
