Audiospur in iMovie 10.1.12 um einen Frame per Tastenkombination bewegen / Syncing and moving audio with video in iMovie 10.1.12 by one frame

Ich benutze High Sierra 10.13.6 und habe Schwierigkeiten dabei eine Audiospur mit einer Videospur in iMovie 10.1.12 zu synchronisieren. Es gibt zwar die Möglichkeit die Audiospur mit Maus/Trackpad vor- und zurückzubewegen, allerdings ist dies sehr ungenau und nicht in dem Detailgrad, den ich gerne hätte. Gibt es eine Tastenkombination mit der ich die Audiospur um einen Frame vor- oder zurück bewegen kann? Vielen Dank!

I use High Sierra 10.13.6 and have troubles syncing an audio clip with a video clip in iMovie 10.1.12. Is there a keyboard shortcut that moves the audio clip for- or backwards by one frame? Doing it with mouse is almost impossible to get just right and a total PITA. Thx!
