MacBook Pro 15” (2017) - Flickering Screen

help!

Since I got my MacBook (refurbished - buy date June’18) I have constantly problems. First it was the keyboard - ok. Then out of nowhere I could not charge it anymore. So it went all black. I went to service, they did it. Now some month later I have this heavy bug / defect. Flickering every 30 seconds for at least 1-2 Mins - in all different forms. It looks like Matrix. What can it be? it’s getting more and more. Can’t do anything by now.

Sometimes a battery empty sign appears all over the display. Apple is saying it’s on me. I think the service guys did something wrong. Anyone with something similar? Any solution. This computer makes me cry.
