Restore Fails

Hello. First of all I'm probably wrong in the german forum but everytime I click the uk website it sends me to the german one so I'm sorry about that.

I wanted to downgrade from 10.15.4 to 10.15.3 since I noticed a large performance decrease through the update for some reason. So I tried to restore from backup in the recovery panel when starting up the mac. The restore always failed at around 18-19gb with a error code of 50 in the logs. I thought the downgrading had something to do with it but I did also have a backup of the 10.15.4 so I tried that and there was the same problem. I attached a picture of the logs so have a look if that helps on why it failed. I also tried to reinstall the OS and use migration assistant to copy the data but any personalized stuff such as settings and wallpapers did not get transferred. If nothing works then I am happy to use this method but I want to try to get the exact data with all of my personalized stuff back on the 10.15.3 backup I have.

Any ssuggestions?
