Extra Spaces and missing spaces between words. Keyboard?

Hello, I started having a weird spacing problem between words when typing, an extra space appears betweenwords and sometimes it doesnotwork asin those examples just now. Ihave tried allthe solutionsonline and it hasnot helped. Iuse my macbook for everything. Ismyonly option to bring it into the store?

I bought this refurbished mac directly from Apple last year. Can someone advise?

It worked fineuntil recently, I have apple care...

Hi Ingo, I did not try it with an external keyboard. But did order it directly from Apple.

The mac was refurbished,I wonder ifthis is a problem it had originally?

I have a blue tooth keyboard, I could try that and see ifit helps.

I'll do that today and report back.

PS,it isunder Apple Care

Usually those devices are thoroughly tested before they are sold by the Apple Store.

But, since it is even covered by Apple Care, getting it serviced should be no problem.

Contact Apple Support about that, or visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider next to your place.

This is not solved, I accidently pressed this issue is resolved. It is notresolved.
