All third party apps suddenly completely broken

Since latest macOS update all third party apps on my MacBook Pro are broken.

they don’t even appear as “not responding” in activity control panel, and simply don’t open/react.

deleted and downloaded new dmg and it can’t even install the third party apps

this ranges from chrome to any third party app not native to Mac.

whats going on?

can someone help? My mac currently is a narrow minded standard Apple apps notebook, nothing else works. Not even apples flagship partner app from adobe
