Microsoft Office - How to change from Personal / Single to family plan

My wife has purchased an MS Office annual plan for herself (personal / single), now I we would like to change it to a family plan, so that I can use it as well. How can we accomplish this? In the iOS settings under abonnements there is no option to change it under „Office“.
