I experimented with this issue and used Swiftcapture. In the App I set 267ms audio delay and the lip sync works with a Shure SM7B and a RME Babyface Pro audio interface :-)

Sadly it's not the solution to my situation. I want wo use my Nikon as webcam for videoconferences, which means: live synchronous exchange. It's not about recording a contribution and exporting a video. Sorry that my description was not that clear.
Swift capture blocks the video signal of the conference app (Zoom) that is used at my university. So I had to de-install it.
