How long does it take to receive the Gift Card offered on Black Friday Deal with any purchase?

I have not received a Gift card as Black Friday Deal with the purchase.

How long does it take for them to process?

Do they send it by email or by post?

Which "Support" should I contact if required? There are a lot of support services but all of them are technical services. But my issue is not technical.

PS. I live in Germany but I am just a beginner in Deutsch language.
