Changing Country/Region for buying apps, listen to Apple Music etc. (Apple One)

Dear community I have a question about changing my Apple One Subscription to a different region.

My dad made a family subscription for us. (We are all in his family setup) He made his payment in the Austrian store. My other family members and I are still in the German store. Therefore we can’t listen to music on Apple Music or buy apps at the AppStore. We have to de subscribe to change our region but the subscription lasts until 28th of February.

Therefore my question is: Is there any faster method to change the country/region ?
