Only Stereo Sound and no Dolby atmos send from my Apple TV 4K to my lg bx Oled tv

my lg bx oled tv supports Dolby atmos with internal speakers. If atmos I present it shows a banner. This works for Dolby vision with my Apple TV 4K.

I am sure if it would be atmos, the banner would appear. It appears on my windows pc as well as on my Xbox. For my windows pc, I had to trick the Edid settings of the tv because the tv only reports itself as 2 channel stereo speakers. After using the tool, I could activate Dolby atmos for home theater on my windows pc using Dolby access and if I play a demo the atmos banner appears. Before manipulating the edid using a windows program it was impossible to Do so. On my Xbox it worked out of the box using the dolby access app. Also of course the tv apps are outputting atmos

I think the edid of the tv is causing the issue also on the Apple TV (4K) because it definitely only outputs stereo sound, not even 5.1 to the tv. I ran some tests and on the App Store is a app for surround testing. Also tried the Dolby summit App with some demos as well as iTunes atmos content and content from Apple TV app. The info screen of the Apple TV shows atmos. Definitely getting no atmos, only stereo. In the Apple TV 4K settings it is set to auto and atmos available. There is a huge difference in how it sounds compared to the Apple TV app of the tv, where it outputs vision+atmos. On the Apple TV only vision (tv banner showing that)

Everything is latest version and all settings, also on the tv, definitely done correctly

and I am not the only one with this issue. I use my Apple TV for everything media and it is annoying to only get stereo and no atmos, when the tv speakers are capable of doing so, and the difference is definitely there
