How to reset Rosetta and clean out .aot files
Rosetta is a helpful resource that works well and unobtrusively...but it leaves a trail of files. These files are created when a non-native or non-universal app is used and the files seem to stay on Apple Silicon Macs forever - even when the parent app has long been removed or uninstalled.
Is there a way to reset Rosetta and make it delete all those .aot files that it left behind?
The files are in /private/var/db/oah/ and cannot be accessed by the finder.
Does anyone know how to reset Rosetta and delete those .aot files?
