IOS Webkit vulnerability

Hi Folks,

as I did understood, since the IOS update to 14.5 all known and actively used vulnerabilities should be fixed by now. So far this are great news. But my question is: how can I know or check if on my iphone the webkit vulnerability was already used? Lets assume I opened a link on February 2021, which was manipulated to execute malware on my iphone. Can I assume that with IOS 14.5 this malware is not active anymore? If not, are there ways to check if I got a victim by the webkit vulnerability?
