GoodNotes Pencil Problem

Hallo liebe Community,

ich habe heute mein neues iPad Pro (12.9 5G) bekommen. Vorher nutzte ich das iPad Pro 11.

Nun zu meinem Problem: Ich nutze schon seit fast einem Jahr die App GoodNotes und das ohne Probleme. Heute bei meinem neuen iPad kommt es jedoch zu folgenden Fehler. Der Apple Pencil funktioniert zwar in der App ist jedoch nicht verbunden in der App. In der App wird mir auch nicht mehr die Einstellung “Pencil und Handballenerkennung”angezeigt. Hatte schon jemand mal den gleichen Fehler?

Hab den Pencil schon ein paar mal neu verbunden sowie das Gerät neu gestartet und die App neu installiert. Alles ist auf dem neuesten Stand.

If you’re experiencing issues with the Apple Pencil and single-finger panning/scrolling in GoodNotes on your new M1 iPad Pro (5th generation), please install the update GoodNotes 5.7.5 that we released to the App Store on May 22nd, 2021.

If the update doesn’t show up for you automatically, follow these steps:

Open the App Store app
Search for GoodNotes
Tap on GoodNotes in the search results to open the app product page

This is where you should see the update button if it didn’t show up for you previously.
