MacOS 11 Big Sur Error message: PhotoshopServer cannot open due to a problem

After installing Mac OS Big Sur, I had to upgrade Photoshop Elements (PSE) to v19. But since then this error message is regularily occurring after starting my Mac Mini (2018), even without starting PSE.

I guess there is still a conflict between Big Sur and ADOBE CreativeCloud, but I don't need CC and I am quite happy using PSE offline. So I just wanted to get rid of that error message.

I suggest you re-post your entire question on the English language support community. This question is pretty specialized and you are more likely to find somebody there who is familiar with your problem and who can communicate about it in English.
