AIFF Playlists / Files not syncing properly via Apple Music / iTunes Match (Macbook Pro, iPhone, Music)

I've got a playlist full of AIFF files on my macbook, all below the 200mb mark. Still they won't sync properly to my iPhone at all despite having an active apple music abo and Cloud library activated on both devices. Instead of the playlist I get shown all the tracks in my library (about 20.000) when Im trying to open it on my phone, including all apple music tracks as well.

This is annoying as ****, since I'm not even able to sync manually (via Finder) as long as I want to use the benefits the included iTunes Match gives me (meaning as long as I dont deactivate the cloud music library).

Also I could verify the files are at least being synced (not the playlist though, at least not correctly so), but in some weird way, looking like this:

Please fix this as soon as possible, otherwise I'm literally gonna need to cancel my Apple music subscribtion solely because of this issue and seperate my own music via manual syncing from streaming music which I'll then get from spotify... I would like to avoid that, but as of now I dont see any other way that works as intended for me.

Systems are IPhone 11 Pro with iOS 14.6 and MacBook Pro 2012 with macOS 10.15.7, but I dont think that matters too much since this seems to be a systematic problem.
