Notes App is buggy as shit - clipboard copy pastes wrong text

Do I expect too much from an Apple device?

Such as the clipboard working properly?

Copy-paste from clipboard pastes a different pice of text that is somewhere else in my note.

Repeatedly. No matter what I copy, it pastes the same thing.

This is not a joke, I made a video from it, and would LOVE to send it to Apple.

After cmd-q and new start of Notes.app, the problem is gone - temporarily, I guess.

Image - you cannot rely on copy-paste any more.

I have seen other problems in Notes.app as well, like

unclickable text / frozen checkmark circles,

weird behavior at drag-drop,

clicking on checkmarks checking the wrong circles.

Is there any kind of quality control left at Apple, nowadays?
