M1 Macbook Air with Dell USB-C Dock WD13/WD15

Hi community,

I bought a while ago my first MacBook, and I'm experiencing some issues with my Dell docking station WD15. After connecting my Mac with the docking station, the keyboard, mouse, ethernet work. My monitor shows up with the correct resolution and refresh rate in the system settings, but I see no image. The dock is working fine with my HP Windows notebook and my Dell XPS 15 2019. After googling around, this looks like an issue of Apple products in general. The USB-C support on Apple devices is bad.

I tried to use the DisplayLink Manager software, but It still not works as intended.

Anyone any idea what I could try out to fix this issue?
