Ist iTunes Match in Apple Music enthalten?
I have an iTunes Match and Apple Music subscription.
want to get rid of the former one. My question therefore: does Apple Music also sync music which is not included in Apple Music?

Didn't you read my response? I did that test as well: One album not recognized and therefore uploaded and one recognized and therefore just matched (without upload). Both scenarios.
And yes, I know that these articles exist, but when you look at their date, they all date back to the first days of Apple Music. Apple has changed that very soon after then and it has stayed so ever since: Apple Music offers the same as iTunes Match.

You are wrong. I tried it just a moment ago. I uploaded an ALAC album, which was not recognized and therefore uploaded. Then I deleted the original files and downloaded them again: Not protected AAC-files (encoded by my Apple Music App during upload) as one would expect with iTunes Match. Then I uploaded a mp3-album, which was recognized and therefore just matched – and deleted the original again. What I could download, were unprotected AAC-files again, just as one would expect with iTunes Match. This Album had a lossless badge in Apple Music. When I changed my settings to "lossless download" I could download them, but *these* were now protected!
So, yes Apple Music does exactly the same as iTunes Match as long as you are happy to get DRM-free AAC files back.
Yes, Apple Music does the same as iTunes Match.
That's not right. Unlike iTunes Match, Apple Music also copy-protects the user's own music uploaded there, making it unusable after you cancel Apple Music unless you have backed up a separate copy of the music.
Probably because Apple Music did not know the uploaded album. As soon as it is a piece of music available in Apple Music (and was also recognized as such by Music), it is only offered copy-protected. There are also various articles from well-known media that deal with this problem (if you search "difference iTunes Match Apple Music" you will find pages and pages). I am at least not aware that Apple would have changed anything in this procedure in recent days 🤷🏼
No, it doesn’t. You’ll have to add all your songs from iTunes Match into your Apple Music Libary. You’ll find them all in Apple Music.
Ok then let’s phrase the question differently: does Apple Music sync titles that I manually added to my music library that are not part of the Apple Music library?
