The Apple-ID has not been used with the App Store

Hello!

Has anyone know how to solve the problem of logging in into App Store? I have bought a new Mac Pro and I cannot log in to App Store with ma Apple ID Account. When I want to download any program or sign in I have a notification- This Apple ID has not been used with App Store- then I click Review I have to sign in with my apple ID to create I Tune store account. When I click sign in I type in my password and I am back again with the notification This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store.... and this ist the never ending loop.

I have also typed in my paying method on my Apple ID Account and my shipping address. It didn't work.

What is odd when I click in settings and Apple ID on the left sidebar the Media & Purchases (Not signed in) is grayed out. I cannot even click on that.

Please let me know if anyone had also such a problem and how you solved it!
