Buying Music from The Point Of View Of A DJ. ***?!

I have to cool down first... breathe in, breathe out.

Ok, I am gonna write in the 2020s in a forum of the probably biggest company in the world, I will facing that none of the (and there are a lot) issues will ever be solved, or maybe in the next 2 or 3 years.

From now on I will guide you (Apple) through my buing process in your apple "store" and I hope you can find some issues that vibrate with your reputation as top 10 programmers in the world....

Ok let's start:

  • As a Apple Music customer, I love to see all the music of my favourite artists and add them to a playlist, say November 2021. Short Question: Why can't I just follow them, and why do I still get Nicky Minage songs recommend as a TECHNO-DJ? And why do I have to follow my artists on Facebook, to get news, If the're released new songs on Apple Music? Sorry I had to ask "glory" apple, but now back to my music buying process...
  • After one month I have say 40 Songs that followed me the last 30 Days, that I love, that I got familiar with, that I really know, I love them, and I want to have them and show them to my crowd.
  • Now it is time to buy... I have to click on. each. *** . song in a new window. AND get a invoice of say 1.29USD for every song I just clicked on "buy".
  • Ok maybe I didn't understand this cryptic/ mystique apple thinking I tell myself. Maybe Apple wants me to put my songs into the WISHLIST!
  • Ok wishlist now full with 40 songs, can I please download them now all at once, like pretty every (swearing) descent online-Music store world wide?! NO! Please buy each song one after another. Well played apple, I really thought I can find my peace, but you, you have different ideas with my soul...
  • Well at least doing 40 clicks isn't that much work for me, so, ok I download them one after another but...
  • ...Apple Did you know, that creditcard companies really don't like that much micro transactions in a short time of a couple of minutes? NO, THEY DON'T LIKE IT AND THEY WILL DISABLE YOUR CREDIT CARD!
  • ... breathe... calling the card-service... card service dramatically lacks of workforce... call the service again...
  • ... three days later...
  • Halleluja, my credit card got finally enabled after three days -now I can purchase each last song on my wishlist, and now I have my precious November-playlist completed.
  • Ok, I allready know, apple only lets me download the new music in 256kbit/s, but - honestly thank you apple - I can convert them into at least 320kbit/s...
  • So.. I go to the recently bought playlist and first have to download the songs by right click and press download... which works like a donkey on acid, because eventually I get errors which force me to download the corruped file afterwords by hand. Ok I say, apple 1st doesn't like me to buy more than one song, so why do they like me to download more than one song? But I have to admit, today apple likes me to download more than 40 songs at once... Tomorrow, who knows how apple feels then...
  • Ok so now the converting: please - dear itunes - make my freshly downloaded aac 256kbit/s to 320kbit/s. Itunes says:"ok I convert them... well those songs I choose to convert. The rest of the songs - and I dont tell your prior which I choose - I give you an -42017 - Error. Because I CAN"
  • So I startet to beat this (swaering) software with it's own weapons and deleted all of the downloads, then downloaded only 10 songs at once, then converted them in groups of 10. This worked fine.
  • So far so good, the new 320kbit/s versions are in my library list now... quick question: Why can't I get a window, that asks me, if I wish to put the 320-versions in a new or existing playlist? Ok, you dont ask.. honestly you strongly remember me of my wife...
  • Now I will copy the 320-Versions in a playlist named "November 2021 320" and then the magic happens... I copy the 320-Files, and alle songs appear in the new playlist... BUT AS 256 -VERSIONS again!
  • Well, I found out, that because the 256kbit files are still in the lib, apple thinks the best idea would be to replace the new files with the old ones.. sometimes... Apple again tells me: "well, you moron, I can move your tracks, but I am not at the mood right now" Thank you!
  • I tried to delete the 256-Versions, then copied the 320-Versions again into the playlist, then 256kbit-Versions appear again, with the "download-me"-button.
  • No, Apple really wants me to tell something. Apple wants me to be no customer anymore and they want me to get so mad, that I tell all my friends how painfull it is to buy music, and how important it is to save vinyl. But please, then why not shut down your store and only offer music streaming... but please with better music streaming then your doing right now, see my point No1.

Do you have the same issues or am I just a windows moron, that has to be bullied?

Ps.: Thank you for reading. Feels better now. I will try my luck tomorry again, maybe the "lady" is in a better mood then...
