payment card issue after moving country

Hello folks!

I moved from DK to DE, changed all info in my AppleID and wanted to use ApplePay as before. But my credit card is no longer accepted, no matter what I tried. I changed region in my phone, updated all information. Does anyone know why this happens? I can't allocate any payment method to my AppleID at the moment.
