Card not added when adding UBS credit card

I am trying to add UBS credit card to Apple Pay. Everything goes well until the last step. After agreeing on the agreement, it pops out that "Card Not Added". But I am sure that the UBS credit card can be added to the Apple Pay and I have done that before. But I cannot add my new credit card.
