Invalid encryption key length error while synchronizing photos from iCloud

Hi!

I am struggling synching my photos from iCloud.

As of beta testing, I made a shared photos library and deleted the shared option again.

Now iCloud is merging the two libraries again, but doesn't succeed!

I See that there are plenty of photos hanging. When I want to download them, I get this error as a text file:

Bad Request

Invalid encryption key length

actual: 25

expected: 17

How do I get back my pictures?
