Share content to notes subfolder

Hello,

Apple Notes support a folder structure and I have folders with subfolders to group my notes. When I try to create a new note by using the "share" button in other apps (like safari), I am not able to select the subfolder (on iOS and iPadOS) - only the top level folders.

On macOS (ventura) this works perfectly. Has any of you experienced the same thing and has an idea for a workaround?
