"Copy link" of an Apple Note

I experience problems with copying links of apple notes since update on iOS 16 (from 15). Copying a link of a note and pasting it into another note or another app (e.g. a mind mapping app) for crosslinking / cross references seems not to work anymore.

In particular as per 27.11.2022 on iPhone SE (2. Gen.) with iOS 16.1.1 there sometime is a "copy link" option and sometimes not when pushing the "share button". In most of the times it is not there. And on a windows system using notes via icloud.com there is a "copy link" option, but it won't copy the link when clicking on it.

Does someone have any idea how to solve this issue?
