Sorry for the English. I have not had a chance to learn German well yet. I am trying to purchase a Gift Card for "Andrea Bocelli" of all people, and I am unable to complete the order. My Apple account has the country set to Austria, and I have a 50 Euro or dollar credit on my account. I tried placing the order using his e-mail and also mine, but it stills fails.

I contacted Apple Support, and the "Idiot" on the other end could not help me. My neighbor, "Superman" Vienna called him an Idiot. Not me. But maybe that is why the CS rep hung up on us. Either that, or it was not a CS rep at all.

I do not understand why it is so difficult to by a gift card online. Maybe I should just walk across the street to the PostAG in Vienna and buy one there, and then give the redemption code to that Andrea Bocelli character in the movie script that we are working on ?

Ich versuche ausgerechnet eine Geschenkkarte für „Andrea Bocelli“ zu kaufen und kann die Bestellung nicht abschließen. In meinem Apple-Konto ist als Land Österreich eingestellt und ich habe ein Guthaben von 50 Euro bzw. Dollar auf meinem Konto. Ich habe versucht, die Bestellung über seine und meine E-Mail-Adresse aufzugeben, aber es schlägt immer noch fehl.

Ich habe den Apple Support kontaktiert und der „Idiot“ am anderen Ende konnte mir nicht helfen. Mein Nachbar „Superman“ Vienna nannte ihn einen Idioten. Nicht ich. Aber vielleicht hat der CS-Vertreter deshalb aufgelegt. Entweder das, oder es war überhaupt kein CS-Repräsentant.

Ich verstehe nicht, warum es so schwierig ist, online eine Geschenkkarte zu kaufen. Vielleicht sollte ich einfach über die Straße zur PostAG in Wien gehen und dort einen kaufen und dann den Einlösecode an die Andrea-Bocelli-Figur aus dem Drehbuch geben, an dem wir arbeiten?

Sto cercando di acquistare una Gift Card per "Andrea Bocelli" tra tutte le persone, e non riesco a completare l'ordine. Il mio account Apple ha come paese l'Austria e ho un credito di 50 euro o dollari sul mio account. Ho provato a effettuare l'ordine utilizzando la sua e-mail e anche la mia, ma continua a non funzionare.

Ho contattato l'assistenza Apple e l'"idiota" dall'altra parte non ha potuto aiutarmi. Il mio vicino, "Superman" Vienna, lo ha definito un idiota. Non me. Ma forse è per questo che il rappresentante di CS ha riattaccato. O quello, o non era affatto un rappresentante CS.

Non capisco perché sia così difficile acquistare una carta regalo online. Forse dovrei semplicemente attraversare la strada fino al PostAG di Vienna e comprarne uno lì, e poi dare il codice di riscatto a quel personaggio di Andrea Bocelli nella sceneggiatura del film su cui stiamo lavorando?
