Ask for country code when making a call
Calls on iPhone got the following problem:
When you try to call a number (e.g. from a phone link in the internet) which doesn't have a country code before it, the iPhone probably assumes the country code of the
cellular provider you are using right now. So when you are abroad and try to call a number there, it doesn't work and the call fails.
It is really clumsy to copy the phone number every time, paste it in a text field, add the correct country code and copy/paste it again in the Phone app.
The expected behaviour should be that it asks you whether you'd like to use the country code of your cellular provider or the one of the country you are currently in before making the call.
