Twitter password

Hi,

I logged in my twitter account with connecting to apple ID, it generated authomatically an Email Address which I don't have a password for, now I forgot my twitter password and I can not change my password cause it needs access to the generated email. how can I access my password now in order to deactivate my twitter account?
