4K 60fps ProRes Aufnahme von iPhone 15 ruckelt bei Wiedergabe

hi,

ich habe mal mit 15pro aus lust und laune eine videoaufnahme mit der o. g. einstellung auf einen externen usb-stick gemacht. grundsätzlich klappt es, aber die aufnahme ruckelt beim schauen. ich dachte erst es läge an der geschwindigkeit des usb sticks, aber auch auf der ssd des iMac mini m1 ist die aufnahme nicht zu geniessen. ich habe es mit dem QuickTime Player, vlc und imovie versucht. wisst ihr woran das liegt? ich nutze den 256GB Samsung USB Type-C 400MB/s USB 3.1 Flash Drive

Ich denke es liegt am USB Stick, hast du den MUF-256DA/APC?

Dieser liest mit 400MB/s und schreibt mit 110 MB/s
