I'm over the code limit. I can't get into my accounts for over a week.

Hi everyone. I have several work accounts, all linked to the same phone number, and for over a week now I have been unable to log in to them because I get a message that too many confirmation codes have been sent. When I try to send the code to another device, nothing happens. To report this to tech support, I can't even log into my accounts. What can be done? The login and password are known to me. The linked phone number is also at hand. But I can't log into my accounts. I can't even reset my tethered devices and change my password on my work accounts because I can't log in.
