Log out from Apple-ID from iPhone 8

We appreciate your post in the Apple Support Community. To log out of your Apple ID on your new iPhone:

• Open "Settings."
• Tap on your Apple ID.
• Scroll down and select "Sign Out."
• Turn off Find My iPhone if enabled.
• Confirm by choosing "Sign Out."
• Enter your Apple ID password if prompted.

Remember to erase your personal data before returning the device. For complete removal from your Apple ID account, go to the Apple ID website and remove the device from the "Devices" section. Always check with the store for specific return requirements.
