Renewal of AppleCare+ for iPhone 13 Pro Max for one or two more years

Dear Team,

I have a very simple request, I want to renew my Apple Care+ Plan for 1 Year of 2 Years for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. However, the website is showing only a monthly renewal subscription options, So I reached out to the Apple Support via email and I am still unable to find a proper and direct resolution.

I now want to know whether it is possible to renew the Apple Care+ subscription for 1 Year or 2 Years? tell me in simple Yes or No (I do not need an essay).

If the renewal is possible, then direct me to a Webpage or Apple Store where this is possible (I do not need a URL which then takes me to the online portal which shows the same 2 options for Monthly Subscription).

If the renewal is not possible, then what is the use of buying the phone, Does Apple wants me to buy a New Phone every 2 years just so that I can have a 2 Years Apple Care+. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
